These terms describe the basic rules for using QueerMischief.

Use of the service

• Use the site and connected publishing tools only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, or interfere with the service or its platform integrations.
• You are responsible for the content you choose to submit and publish.
• If you connect TikTok, you authorize QueerMischief to store and use the resulting account tokens for the dashboard and publish flow.

Third-party platforms

Some features may depend on TikTok or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, which may change independently of QueerMischief.

Publishing

The dashboard may create publish requests on your behalf when you submit a public video URL and caption. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to publish the content.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or remove features when needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
