QueerMischief is a public website and creator tool. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Basic account information needed to connect a TikTok account, if the user chooses to sign in.
• TikTok access tokens, refresh tokens, and account metadata needed to keep the dashboard and publish flow working.
• Content and metadata the user intentionally sends to the publishing workflow.
• Limited technical information needed to keep the site working, such as logs and error reports.

How we use information

• To provide the sign-in, connected-account dashboard, and publishing features you request.
• To render the connected account, privacy options, and posting controls after sign-in.
• To create TikTok publish requests when you submit a public video URL and caption.
• To diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and operate the service securely.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We only share data with service providers or platforms required to operate the product, such as TikTok when you choose to connect your account or submit a publish request.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the service, compliance, and troubleshooting. Auth tokens may be stored durably so the dashboard and publish flow continue to work across sessions. If you want a deletion request handled, contact us at hello@queermischief.com.
